Information collected automatically

We count page views to understand which pages are useful. For each view we record the page, the referring website, and whether the device is a phone, tablet, or computer. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not store your IP address with page views, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not count your visit. Our forms use security checks to block spam, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

• To respond to you and provide the services you ask about.
• To evaluate a financing or advisory request and, with your permission, share it with prospective lenders or capital partners.

• With lenders, capital partners, and our affiliated lending brokerage, DealRail, when needed to work on your request and with your permission.
• With service providers that host the Site, store data, send email, and block spam, under obligations to protect it.
• With your CPA, attorney, or other advisors when you ask us to coordinate with them.
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

Documents you upload

Uploaded documents are stored in private, encrypted storage. Access is limited to authorized TCH personnel through links that expire. We share documents with third parties only as described above.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing info@tcapitalholdings.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
