Financing execution may be handled through DealRail LLC, a commercial lending brokerage affiliated with TCH through common ownership. A request submitted through this website is not a loan application.

Compensation

TCH may be paid advisory fees by clients under written engagement agreements. TCH or its affiliate may also receive fees from clients or lenders in connection with a financing. Fees are disclosed in writing before an engagement or financing closes.
